“Although I am know satisfied with the product, the package was damaged which when unpacked the buncker was damaged the front would not slide due to the runner was flat.The side would not slide in position due to the slide was flat, after repairing the slides I was able to erect the bunker.”

“Advised to order in advance of an installation, which was delayed. I have now found I don't need the product but having difficulites to return the aerosol. If I'd known it was this diffiuclt I would have waited as I am now left with a can I don't need.”

“The hood seems fine, though it doesn’t match the picture on the web site- it being completely matt whereas the photo seems to suggest some if it is polished. I was hoping there would be some fitting instructions. I have contacted you for this but to date I have had no reply”

“delivery much later than the week that was stated on site--kept enquiring as to when it would be delivered and given various excuses---glad when it arrived as i couldn,t put open fire on therefore no heating no hot water albeit it is now in situ and doing the job thank you”

“Paid for next day delivery.Waited in all day for delivery which never arrived.Rang the company up 15 minutes before it was due to shut to be told my item was damaged and they intended to ring me up before they shut that day.Surely they knew the day before it was damaged before sending it out for delivery.Item turned up 4 days later.Never even offered to refund next day delivery charge 👎🏻.”

“Had to chase delivery as quite slow. Delivered very quickly after that. Felt the picture on line was a bit misleading I thought I was buying the full set of fire bricks for my Glaisdale log burner but it was only one side. Probably my fault for not reading carefully but the picture shows a full set!”

“The help desk and order process were helpful and simple. Unfortunately, the couriers misplaced the order and had to be chased. When the items arrived both were cracked and unusable. Grate Fireplace Accessories refunded me immediately and said they would speak with the couriers”

“Unfortunately I am unable to comment on accessories as where out of stock after order However, I recieved a full and prompt refund as soon as they knew my order wouldn't be available until a further 8 weeks thank you”

“The product was good when it finally arrived. But it took 12 days for an ‘off the shelf’ piece of glass to arrive. No tracking info given, arrived via Royal Mail and not DPD as stated via email. Customer services did reply within 24hrs. But 12 day delivery isn’t really acceptable these days.”

HI Thank you for your review. The glass you ordered which was the Newmans Vista Magnifico Stove Glass ((270mm x 270mm)) is rectangular is shape as per the product description. You are more than welcome to return the glass to us and we will gladly issue you a refund . Kind regards
