Paid for next day delivery.Waited in all day for delivery which never arrived.Rang the company up 15 minutes before it was due to shut to be told my item was damaged and they intended to ring me up before they shut that day.Surely they knew the day before it was damaged before sending it out for delivery.Item turned up 4 days later.Never even offered to refund next day delivery charge 👎🏻.
