“The product I ordered and seem to have paid for, green aerosol heat resistant paint, was not available until 2022. This wasn’t clear on the web page really so when I cancelled I was given a refund. But I don’t think my money should have been taken at all. Would go back though.”

“Purchased a Burnace 18" Cromwell fire basket. It was perfect for what I needed. Unfortunaley, it arrved damaged (see photo), two castellations were broken off. Assume this happened in transit as I found them in the box. Couldn't be bothered to return item as it does not impair its use. Just a shame though. Could possibly be better packed in future.”

“Had to return the first fire grate as it was too big, and i had to pay £16 to return it not happy about that, perhaps a guide on website on how to measure would be good. Sales team were ok. Not sure if i would use them again.”

“When I took out the portable BBG from the main carton I found a rattling noise, it was a lose nut from one of the four bottom legs, I was able to refit the nut to the screw, who ever packed the items into the main carton should have heard the noise and sorted the problem before dispatched the order.”
