“Ordered before 2pm ( 1.20pm to be precise) , for next day delivery on 17th and still await item despite receiving email at 2.10pm saying item has left and on its way plus within email its states will receive an email or text later in day from courier but this has not happened . 1st time ordering from this company but based on this experience think it will be last”

“I'm delighted with my new made-to-measure brass fire surround! One of the dimensions required on the website was a bit confusing but a telephone call to the office sorted that out. Delivery lead time was suggested as 4-5 weeks, but it arrived in half that time. The surround was extremely well packed. Fitting was easy. I bought some heat resistant fire silicone and by the next morning it had set firmly.”
