“Be very careful using this company. I ordered a fire for delivery before Xmas. Having heard nothing about delivery after 3 weeks I chased the order. I was then told the item was no longer manufactured with no chance then of getting another fire. Disgraceful”

“Placed an order and had to chase it up twice over 2 weeks and then told item wasn’t in stock for another 2 months!! They hadn’t bothered to contact me and had I not chased it up I’d have been none the wiser. Diabolical customer service will never order from them again”

“Would love to be able to write a positive review but as yet I have not received my order. I have been chasing since 24/11 and placed my order a week or so before that…..when I emailed yesterday 5/12 I was advised it should be dispatched by the end of the week……very slow”

“I am very disappointed with your service ,the first grate sent last week was left at a garage on the mainland 10miles round trip away,I am 80yrs old and the courier did not inform any one that he had left it there. when it came it was the wrong size,a replacement was sent by the same useless courier on Thursday and its now Sunday and no sign of it, I have spent the coldest week of the year with no fire so I will not be dealing with you again . I have also found the same grate on line up to £10 cheaper”

“I ordered 3 tubs of Vitcas plaster for next day delivery. Only 2 was delivered the following week. Grate fireplace refunded my next delivery fee. Another week went by and the third tub had not showed up. I rang and they said they were out of stock. Pretty poor service.”
