Piece well pack, arrived intact, exact fit. Price appropriate - you pay for what you get and this is glass proof to 8oo degrees.... Jyst had it fitted and my front room's back to toasty. “I had some difficulty getting the computer to accept my payment by card. Phoned 'Grate Fireplaces', spoke with a member of staff, Jo, who processed my order and accepted the payment over the phone. All dealt with very quickly, the grate arrived within a few days, well packaged to prevent any damage. Very satisfied with the service. (the only downside is that the website doesn't let me give 5 stars!!).”
