The product was good when it finally arrived. But it took 12 days for an ‘off the shelf’ piece of glass to arrive. No tracking info given, arrived via Royal Mail and not DPD as stated via email. Customer services did reply within 24hrs. But 12 day delivery isn’t really acceptable these days.
