“On the 11/12/2022 I ordered and paid for a door glass for my Dru 64 log burner, which they said they had in stock, also it was paid for via PayPal on the same day. I’m still waiting for the part today. No log burner, having to continually use the gas central heating to keep warm, not a word from the company despite the fact that I have made contact with them. So much for British Industry. O/No. 100119899.”

“ordered and paid for 11th Dec 22 on the 20th Dec nothing heard or received couldn't get reply on phone so emailed to be told it would be dispatched in next few days still not got the stove glass or been updated re my order will give it to new year then open a case through paypal”

“The Beacon solid fuel kit was as expected and we are well pleased with it.Our original order was delayed by the manufacturers and a young lady in your office called Gillian was helpful in changing our original order to a substitute with much quicker delivery. We actually prefer the Beacon to the original order.”
