“Was delivered to a local collection point, which I hadn’t expected. The grate seems fine, used it 4 times so far and it’s greatly improved the look and performance of our open fire, with logs.”

“Came quite quick despite disruption with deliveries box was but bashed but contents not damaged. Not had chance to.use the coals yet as its a new fire still got others on it. I can see the coals I ordered are a far better quality though than ones we have”

“Staff extremely helpful got what I wanted but unfortunately the size was wrong from the manufacturer so I called grate and sorted it out for me.. Right size On the sticker but glass was 100mm to big fantastic service.”

“Ordered the 6-ball extendable fireplace fender in black and satin nickel. Stylish and looks good around the hearth of our log burner. Although the measurements were slightly too large for our requirements, it was a simple job for my husband to cut it down to size without deflecting at all from the original look.”

“We needed to replace some cracked tiles on the hearth and found some at grate fireplace accessories, they came within a couple of days, unfortunately, 2 were broken in transit emailed them and they sent replacements the next day. Brilliant service wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, the hearth now looks like new”
