“The paint I ordered was not as described but it transpires this was the manufacturer's fault. However Jo could not have been more helpful (even following my angry email.) Replacement paint was quickly ordered with no charge to myself and no requirement to return the faulty items. Excellent customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use it again!”

“Beautiful looking fender makes fireplace really stand out.Easy to fit and good quality.Only negative it arrived with one of the concealed corner bolts missing so had to hunt up suitable bolt from shed.Looks so good though still going to give it 5 stars.”
