On the 11/12/2022 I ordered and paid for a door glass for my Dru 64 log burner, which they said they had in stock, also it was paid for via PayPal on the same day. I’m still waiting for the part today. No log burner, having to continually use the gas central heating to keep warm, not a word from the company despite the fact that I have made contact with them. So much for British Industry. O/No. 100119899.
