“I can’t tell how pleased I was to find Grate Fireplace Accessories. I’d been looking for a fire back in Cheshire for days. No one had one. Having found what I thought was the right one I’d ordered the wrong size. From ordering with a lady in the office, collecting the wrong one, picking up and returning the replacement. Staff were so helpful. Couldn’t ask for anything more.”

“Good quality fire grate and good value for money . Any queries were answered by phone and answered with care and patience. Phone was answered within minutes. Delivery was on time. A great find and we shall be using them again whenever we need something for our fireplace.”

“The bellows is a present I bought for my husband's birthday, which is in two weeks time. The box has not been opened so I can't give an opinion. As you realise, I can't rate the purchase but also can't submit this without giving a rating, so what I put is meaningless.”

“The 20mm stove rope supplied was ordered as 2 meters. When the rope is fitted to door channel it collapses down and therefore does not seal the door. To provide any sort of seal the rope needs to be compressed in length to increase diameter to a be closer to 20mm. This reduced the length to under 2 meters. Unless the rope is fully relaxed when cut the diameter is below the 20mm and length is unpredictable. I found it necessary to buy rope from another supplier. This rope is much firmer and closer to 20mm.”
