“Purchased a mat for the entrance to my kitchen. It was not a standard size, however that was not a problem. The mat arrived very quickly, with no difficulty. I am delighted with the mat, perfect size and a lovely dark blue. I would have no hesitation recommending First Mats.”

“Bought a made-to-measure mat. Easy to order online. Had to phone to check thickness of mat and staff member was very helpful. Mat arrived quickly and looks excellent and fits perfectly. It is also non slip as advertised.”

“Very nice mat. Cut perfectly to the size I needed. when cutting on the mat it protects the surface of the desk and eliminates the chances of slipping. everyone in the office loves the look and feel of the Cutting mats.”

“First class service from placing order to delivery. One of the mats we wanted was an unusual size; this was dealt with and our order for three mats in total placed. The order came quickly (we live in Shetland!) and exceeded our expectations. Our confirmation e-mail of the order really made my day - nice to have a bit of humour! Thank you!”

“My original order for an oil tray came promptly, however it was not big enough ( my fault ). I called the company who went over and above to find the correct size I needed for my project and hurried the delivery for me. I can’t thank them enough for all the help they gave me. Highly recommend this company”

“Great communication from David. The order was delivered quickly however there was a mistake with one of the mats (nothing major the logo was mistakenly printned on both instead of 1) Said we could keep the wrong mat and a new one would be sent which was very nice, the only reason 5 star not given is there was a quite a delay in the correct mat being sent out.”
