“No good at all, never received the goods, on contacting customer service, they were not willing to help, even after offering to purchase again and to pay for a tracked delivery, the answer was NO! Unbelievable Sorry but I can not recommend this company”

We have reviewed this matter and we are satisfied our customer services team could not have been more helpful or professional. Royal Mail was slow to deliver your order but our customer services team assisted and communicated with you throughout, so it is disappointing you chose to leave an unfair review.

“The intermittent postal strike, totally outside the control of the company, played havoc with the delivery. DIY Direct Express Ltd. went beyond what one would expect of a company that strives for excellence in customer service. They remained in touch throughout the delay in delivery wanting to know if the parcel had arrived. Dr G L Faber.”

“Totally professional and efficient company and a pleasure to deal with, great choice of products and some 'hard to find elsewhere' items on the site that have been of great use to me. Customer service is top drawer, some items I had ordered had still not arrived after nearly 10 days from the dispatch date, after contacting the support team one early afternoon an apology for a lost postal item and a replacement order arrived within 24 hours thanks to Tina from Customer Services, Highly recommended company.”

“I ordered 100 Curtain Rings for my Daughters new House ,i promptly received them ,but only received 96 plus 2 larger rings ,I e.mailed DiyDirect and they apologised and sent me the remaining 4,If i had received 100 initally i would have rated 5 stars .”
