“Unfortunately not the right hinges, but that's my fault not ordering correctly. I am looking for hinges that will fit a corner kitchen unit with a clip in fixing. With at least 110degres return, if that makes any sense. Regards W Harris”

“Paid £4.99 for handling!! and dispatch charges however, the item has been posted first class taking thirteen days to receive my order. I am reliably informed that it would have been cheaper to send the item by 48 tracking which would have been cheaper and much more efficient way of taking care of customer orders.”

We despatch all orders on 24 hour services however we cannot guarantee next day delivery once the item is in the hands of our carrier partners. For your size of order, we normally find Royal Mail to be very reliable and efficient, however in this case they have failed to perform to the standards expected of First Class mail. “The brass mirror plates are fine, except all three holes are countersunk on the same side. The two attaching to the frame should be countersunk the opposite to the hole for the wall.”

“Received with thanks, Order 6 thumbturn euro cylinders, as per picture it did not come with screws neither is it mentioned in description. I have to buy screws separately from local diy shop, a little disappointed😏”

“Confirmation of order confusing stated order is tracked, it was not . Order was lost in post. Not received.”

We are sorry you experienced a problem with your delivery being lost in the post, although we did refund you as soon as this became apparent. Regarding the despatch confirmation email you received, it does explain that tracking information is only shown if it exists, which it does not for Royal Mail 1st class.
