“The doorknob was a close match for the existing. I did email the company to enquire about the dimensions of the setback and the reply I received said 6 cm but I needed a latch with a 7 cm setback, so I ordered an additional latch from another company. Unfortunately when I received the door handle I found the latch was adjustable for 6 cm or 7 cm so I unnecessarily purchased this additional latch. Perhaps you should update your details to show that it is adjustable for these two dimensions.”
