“Having already paid £110 for delivery on the day of delivery I received an email to inform me that I needed to pay an extra £80+vat as we live slightly off the main road, or I was given the option to go and collect them from the depot. I replied saying no thanks just refund me in full. An hour later the van arrived with them. I refused delivery as feel I was being taken for a ride. I would be careful when using companies like this that slip in extra charges at the last moment.”

“I paid £78.99 for next day delivery which was meant to arrive on Friday. I received the delivery on Tuesday. I should get a refund”

“I was charged £30 for delivery, given no tracking number and the parcel took just short of two weeks to arrive, after a back and forth with the company used for shipping. The lead time on a coloured tank was the only reason I chose to go for a transparent tank, and it still ended up taking the same time.”

“it was the worst weather week this year our oil tank gave up the ghost and we needed a new one Neil was brilliant and the two young men came in to work on a saturday to put the new one in for us they also got the heating going for us couldnt have been more helpful, thank you so much Linda Totman”
