“placed a order 7 to 10 working days. asked if possible to hurry order as was needed. we will try was anwser asked again a few days later same reply. was not kept in loop as to what was happening omly theres a delay. it took just over 20 working days.”

Hi Stephen, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We're sorry that the IBC does not fit where you need it to. We do list the full specifications of our IBCs on the website, which include the measurements of the IBC. If there were a fault with your IBC we would happily cover the costs for collection, but as the IBC is fit for purpose we unfortunately cannot. Our customer service team wanted to be entirely clear that the costs for us to collect and return the IBC on the pallet network, which is admittedly a rather costly process, hence why your refund seems so reduced. Selling the IBC privately may be a better solution for you. We are aware that the cost of returning is high, however, these charges are passed directly on from our hauliers and as there is no fault with the product itself we are not able to cover them. We hope that this provides more clarity to your proposed refundable amount. Apologies that we are not able to help any further, and thank you again for your feedback.

“Although probably not your fault I haven't yet received the goods Your courier was recorded on CCTV parked next to our parcel box but put item back in van and drove off. On the order I clearly stated that it should be left in Parcel Box. As I said the fault was not with Direct Water Tanks but the courier. The issue was sorted as soon as DWT were made aware.”
