“Generally my experience was very good but the plastic bag in which the tank arrived was open at the bottom so the valve accessories fell out, luckily this happened out side my property.”

“Fast delivery time. Was given a 1 hour delivery time slot with DPD on day of delivery - perfect. Good quality product with all additional parts needed in bag inside tank. Great online and leaflet instructions. Measurements given online were 100% accurate. Tank is now fitted and working a treat!”

“I find it very frustrating that your website clearly stated nex day delivery to then find out its not I ordered on 18th which was a Saturday so id expect next day to mean Tuesday delivery with it being weekend I'm now had a notification to confirm it will be Monday 27th I'm now out of money as this ibc tank was needed for a particular job thats now been cancelled extremely poor in my honest opinion and dissatisfied that this was very clear on the website now I'm out of pocket.”

“I have bought from you a pressure washer gun AL19 - due to the brass fittings, which i was unaware were fixed for a lance, i really needed a lance to go with it. It cannot be used as it is, i phoned a week ago someone answered on the 13/10 said they would check and come back to me, no reply was forthcoming. On the 14/10 i phoned again and a woman answered said she would check and guess what a week has passed and no one has phoned back. So i have had to source a gun and lance from somewhere else and need to return the AL19 to you. So please let me know how i get a refund by return - thanks”
