“Arrived just in a plastic bag no adequate packaging & not suitable for the heat at time of delivery the pipes were all bent out of shape and are still being re-straightened; the pipes holes were drilled all out of line no attention to detail and I have priced the parts up and could have done the same thing for well under the price of what we paid. (Including delivery) So will be obtaining a second unit - but buying the parts & drilling ourselves.”

“Service was good but upsetting due to the fact that I paid £30 for delivery but the guy that did the delivery made my wife go down two floors to get the tank. When she clearing explained to the guy she can’t leave two kids alone a go down and I was not home”
