“Extremely quick delivery which was important owing to the fact I had had my fuel stolen so needed to have the tank secure. Cap exact fit. Only needed a padlock.”

“I paid extra for the fitting suggested on your website, so when that didn't fit I wasn't happy, at all. Why doesn't someone in your dispatch check teh fitting fits the IBC? It caused various problems, i) i had an abortive trip to a local supplier who couldn't help; ii) I had to borrow a diesel IBC from a neighbour; iii) I then had to clean out another IBC, which is now contaminated with diesel, which is what I wanted this for in teh first place. Nonetheless Marina in your customer service team was very helpful and arranged for it to be resolved.”

“Great customer service. Initially I was faced with being out of pocket for a tank which wasn’t suitable for my needs. However, there was a misunderstanding and I had a phone call from the customer service department to give me a full refund and clear explanation as to what went wrong. Very grateful for them to take the time to sort me out when they could have just left it and not bothered. The IBC I ordered did arrive in good condition and no issues there at all. Thank you very much and I would recommend this company to anyone.”
