The basket filter was described as to fit 300mm opening which is what I purchased it for! Unfortunately the filter is 300mm overall, ie to outside edge of the flange so when I put it on my tank it just fell through the hole into the bottom! 🙄.

You advertised delivery in 2-3 days yet when I ordered and paid you told me items were not in stock . This caused considerable problems at my end finding alternative short term storage.

Don't advertise items as stock when they're not & if there's going to be a significant delay, as there was, please inform the customer, don't make them chase you

Hi Jonathan, we're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet. Looking at your order it appears to have been placed on Saturday the 10th and according to the tracking on your order, this consignment was dispatched on the 12th and delivered on the 14th. Royal Mail have provided an image of where the package was delivered. A link to your tracking details should have been sent along with the copy of your delivery note. The item we bought wasn't actually in stock. We had to chase them up to find that out.

I placed an order for something very simple on the 29th March and its not arriving until the 11th. I phoned and emailed to chase up the phone call said it had not been processed properly and that he would do it then and the email saying it had been lost in the system. It seemed a really easy order to me that I wanted before Easter !

Interesting that i get sent the invoice and a survey request before I've had the product that I needed quite urgently. Maybe concentrate on fulfilment first !

Unfortunately, your parcel was held up with the courier according to their tracking details. As this was dispatched with them on the 5th, but delivery was not made by them until the 9th.
