Ordered a couple of times in the past from this company and the experience was fine. However this time round I ordered a pack of 4 Jerry cans x3 so in total I should receive 12 cans. However a few days after ordering, a package arrived with just 6 cans. No sign of the remaining 6. I waited a day thinking the shipment might have been split but no sign of it once again. So I rung in, explained to the woman on the phone (who was lovely) she mentioned only 6 were sent due to no stock left. I understand that happens at times but that’s the company’s responsibility to let the customer know. Not my responsibility to chase up the order. Just because you don’t have stock left, doesn’t mean you don’t contact the customer and tell them or offer them an alternative e.g. different colour or ever refund the difference. I’ve paid for 12 but received 6. I was told 1-3 days delivery for 12 cans but got 6. What was I expected to do, just hope the other 6 turn up. The least you guys should do in this situation is reach out to the customer and explain what’s happened, make it right. Don’t just send half the parcel and leave the customer in the dark. Such poor service

Having already paid £110 for delivery on the day of delivery I received an email to inform me that I needed to pay an extra £80+vat as we live slightly off the main road, or I was given the option to go and collect them from the depot. I replied saying no thanks just refund me in full. An hour later the van arrived with them. I refused delivery as feel I was being taken for a ride. I would be careful when using companies like this that slip in extra charges at the last moment.

I paid £78.99 for next day delivery which was meant to arrive on Friday. I received the delivery on Tuesday. I should get a refund

I was charged £30 for delivery, given no tracking number and the parcel took just short of two weeks to arrive, after a back and forth with the company used for shipping. The lead time on a coloured tank was the only reason I chose to go for a transparent tank, and it still ended up taking the same time.

They do not clean tank out after drilling for fitting result is plastic clogging up filter and if you aren't using a filter say goodbye to your waterpump

Although, I knew that I was buying a grade 3 tank, I didn’t expect it to be rusted through at the base and structurally damaged. Big bend/dent it the cage and plastic tank!! Would not recommend!!

Hi Stephen, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We're sorry that the IBC does not fit where you need it to. We do list the full specifications of our IBCs on the website, which include the measurements of the IBC. If there were a fault with your IBC we would happily cover the costs for collection, but as the IBC is fit for purpose we unfortunately cannot. Our customer service team wanted to be entirely clear that the costs for us to collect and return the IBC on the pallet network, which is admittedly a rather costly process, hence why your refund seems so reduced. Selling the IBC privately may be a better solution for you. We are aware that the cost of returning is high, however, these charges are passed directly on from our hauliers and as there is no fault with the product itself we are not able to cover them. We hope that this provides more clarity to your proposed refundable amount. Apologies that we are not able to help any further, and thank you again for your feedback.

None of the lids did my water drum

Hi Gary, thank you for your order and for your feedback. These lids are designed to fit DIN51 jerry cans. If they are too small, it is likely that your jerry can has a larger DIN61 aperture. We do sell DIN61 caps, which can be found here: https://www.kingfisherdirect.co.uk/jerry-can-lid-din61-tamper-evident I would recommend measuring the diameter of the opening of your jerry can, if it reads as 61mm diameter, then that would give you a DIN61 lid, if it is 51mm diameter then that would give you a DIN51 lid. Still not delivered and company not contactable, now I have to travel for business and not sure what will happen. With such a high delivery charge this is unacceptable.

Tanks were delivered to the wrong address! Despite putting please call before attempting delivery on the order notes, no contact was made, very poor!

Unfortunately, we can request a call to be made prior to delivery, however, whether one is made is entirely up to the discretion of the driver on the day. We did pass your request to the courier, and tracking information was forwarded to your email address alongside your order confirmation. Looking from the tracking and order confirmation, I can see that the tanks were delivered to the address given on the order. Ordered ibc lid , still havent got it, ive paid for it and youve had your money but ive still not received the 6” ibc fitting
