placed a order 7 to 10 working days. asked if possible to hurry order as was needed. we will try was anwser asked again a few days later same reply. was not kept in loop as to what was happening omly theres a delay. it took just over 20 working days.

Website is great, prices fair, parts so far work fine, just orderd again fron Direct Water Tanks only reason for a lower score was it did take a long time to arrive!

Hi Ben, thank you for your order and for your feedback. Looking at your tracking, it appears your order was dispatched the following day with Royal Mail, and received on the Tuesday, which is within the 2-3 working days stated on the website. Hi Charles, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We pass on every request to our couriers, but they unfortunately are not always able to fulfil them. Looking at our paperwork, they were informed: "Narrow lane with dog leg and limited turning space. Use a small lorry. Definitely do not use an artic - no room to turn it." We're glad to hear that your order arrived in good condition despite this issue. We hope to hear from you again in the future.

didnt follow delivery instructions so wasnt put in the correct location on a big site even though 2 contact numbers were given

We pass all requests and contact details onto our couriers, but calling ahead of delivery is down to the DX/DHL/Pallet Network driver on the day and is sadly not a requirement. purchased a 1000lt IBC waited a week with no delivery to be told they don't have the one i ordered in stock. now waiting for a replacement.

Our order processing team were notified by our IBC launderers that they had made an error on their stock count and unfortunately this particular type was not available. Good, quick service. Bought a cap with a tap for my ibc, the tap is horizontal pointing to 9 o'clock rather than straight downward to 6 as a tap should.

Hi David, we've had a quick think and think we understand how your tap may be misaligned. If you unscrew your tap and screw it back on, starting at 90 degrees further forward from when it detached, the tap should align correctly. I only ordered a stirrup pump; which came in two parts. Assembly instructions would have been helpful.

Hi Mark, thank you for your order and for your feedback. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, our manufacturer does not supply instruction manuals with these pumps. For clarity, the hose is attached to the top of the pump where the outlet is located and from there the hose is directed into a bucket or overboard if used as a bilge pump. From there, all you need to do is pump. We'll be adding this to the listing to avoid any issues in the future and look forward to hearing from you again soon.
