“Very good website and ordering process. Was kept up to date with my order and delivery information. My order was delivered on time. The quality of the items I ordered was excellent and a small issue with one panel was very quickly resolved after a quick call to customer service. “I ordered approx 15 packs of 2600 x 250 x 5mm cladding (approx 60 lengths) most of the lengths I used were 2460mm. I was disappointed in the quality of the cladding, almost every pack had a damaged length, very few packs had a damaged corner (which can be expected), quite a few packs had a length in the middle of the pack that was damaged (in 2 cases the tongue was corrugated for most of the length?). Due to cuts at the ends of walls etc. I was able to work around this but ended up one length short, when trying to order a length, I was forced to buy a pack, I am pleased with the finish but would not use this product again”

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Very many apologies you received some damaged panels within your order. If you would like to reach out to us with some photographs of the damages, we can then rectify this for you. All of our 5mm Panels are a set standard length of 2600mm length so we are not sure as to why the panels you received were only 2460mm. We've checked our warehouse stocks and can confirm that these are all 2600mm in length. Again very many apologies. DBS Bathrooms
