“Very quick delivery and quality of the product is great. Only downside is the calculator worked out we needed 27 panels for half of our bathroom ( we double checked measurements) and now we have 12 left over which could of saved us so much money.”

“Very impressed delivery was quick and when I ordered I didn’t really understand the measurements and ordered 2 different sizes and I got email straight away pointing out what I done and would I like to change my order which was very helpful, will definitely use again and have already recommended to a couple of friends.”

“Great product with great service but your delivery company is rubbish as both orders I have had in the past both had damage in numerous boards, luckily I had to cut mine down quite a lot so I got away with cutting out the damaged parts but it’s not good but also know this isint the company’s fault as the delivery is seperate, but maybe something to look at for future. But my cladding looks amazing and has brought my bathroom into this century!”

“easy to use website, clear, great range of products and stock. Do request better packaging as many panels arrive damaged, DBS do replace them but it can hold up the works...”

We do package our orders the best as we can including fragile tape clearly marked on the parcels for the couriers to see. We then rely on the courier company to handle the parcel correctly but unfortunately, it appears they have let us down on this occasion. “Panels really easy to install and fit together even for diy novices, easy to cut with a Stanley knife and trims made it look like a professional finish. Only downsides waere delivery took longer than the website suggested and some of the panels were damaged, but this didn’t matter to us as we didn’t need to use the full length”

“Brilliant, I requested a sample because of mould in my bathroom and I had never heard of this cladding, it was a good size sample, can't seem to find someone to do the bathroom ceiling though. Thank you for your help.”

“have used four times now, products look great once done, have to be careful and take care but once together no problem. Had some damage from delivery but was able to discard via cuts, would recommend.”
