“Prices are fair, delivery is spot on, the items themselves (shower panels) are quite fragile, so you have to be careful! But I wouldn't hesitate to use DBS bathrooms again. Many thanks.”

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to leave such a positive review! The panels can seem to be fragile but once they are installed onto your walls or ceiling with the correct adhesive, they do become much more secure and are perfect for everyday use. DBS Bathrooms

“The only minor disappointment was that the ends of the wall panels were not cut square, which meant each panel had to be cut twice instead of just once to the required length.”

“Waited over a week for items , ended up cancelling order as half what I ordered wasn't in stock .no one cared to give me a fone to to let me know .”

“Dbs supplied my bathroom cladding they personally delivered the panels as the carrier kept bracking them. They kept me informed at all stages and were very helpful the service could not have been better. Thank you.”

“Purchased 6mm x250mm tongue and groove wall cladding great product and service from DBS but let down badly by their courier company. Every panel had damage but by the time I got around to actualy unwrapping it was too late to complain so wasted a lot of product and had not enough left to finish project. Luckily it was for my own use so decided to leave one wall to paint instead of cladding but disappointed that I could not complete it as planned.”

“The itmes were a good quality but companhs internal policies are a joke. I had to carry everything myself to the 2nd floor as the driver said it is internal polkch to leave everhfhing at the doors. Also my it is imppssible to return items after 2 weeks - I had to delay my bathroom work and now I am left with unused items I cannot return.”
