“Terrible experience with this company. failed to get my order to me undamaged on 3 attemps & left outaide when the site was closed on all 3 attempts. This cost additional labour & held the job up. Your logistics provider is losing you custom & I will never be using your company again & I will be leaving a 1 star review to let others know how terrible your service is.”

We would like to sincerely apologise for the unacceptable condition in which your order was delivered on three occasions. It is deeply regrettable that our courier failed to handle your order with the necessary care, resulting in damage and inconvenience for you. This is not our normal level of service we expect customers to receive and again we can only apologise on behalf of the courier company. Unfortunately you are not able to request a time slot for delivery and deliveries can take place from 8am to 9pm. If there is no one available to take delivery, the courier company will leave the goods in a safe location. Once again please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. DBS Bathrooms
