“I love this company for the wall panels and trims. The price is really good value. I have used these products on two bathrooms and they look amazing. Such a friendly helpful company too. I ordered the wrong sizes and they called me and changed to the correct measurements. I would highly recommend this company”

“Unfortunately 3 out of 4 panels were ruined at the edges, the foam protection that you put on moves in transit, I blame the company you use that deliver them, No respect with what they are handling. Luckily for me I created a small room for a shower where I could cut out the edges and the remaining good one finished it off okay.”

“Packaging of panels are not strong enough..... of the 15 panels I ordered 6 of them were damaged.Luckily I had ordered extra and I managed to use them. I like the product and it is very easy to install. The carrier should try and protect the packaging better and make tracking of the products easier”

“Excellent product and service. I did my best at my age and a woman, but one or two mistakes because my bathroom does not have a window and the panels were something I have never used before. I generally I am pleased with myself and chosing your products”

“One of the worst products I have ever used you can hardly touch it and it dents rubbish to cut and all most impossible to mount anything on it I would avoid it at all costs this was 8mm cladding and I can not put in to words how poor this product really is so disappointing and believe this or not I cut a panel out side went in for a coffee and went back out and the whole panel had discoloured when contacted dbs they said it shouldn’t be taken out side so unless you want the most terrible results avoid at all costs”

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sorry to see you are not happy with the panels purchased. We do offer free samples of our products prior to purchase so you can make sure you are 100% happy. Unfortunately, we do have to disagree with your review on this occasion. As per your emails, the panels were left outside by your builders overnight to the elements, making them change colour. The panels are designed for internal use and shouldn't be left outside for any prolonged period. This is stated within our care and maintenance instructions for the product. DBS Bathrooms

“I’ve had Two orders from DBS and they were both delivered on the day stated. The driver/courier was courteous and pleasant. I ordered wall panels for my bathroom and although they’re not the most expensive. The ones I received puncture through the finish very easily and if any weight is applied the inner walls collapse to easily for my liking. However now they’re fitted they look good but I’m a bit apprehensive when the grandchildren have a bath/ shower.”

“If or when I deal with DBS again , I would check the boards closer than I did because after installing the boards I found two small faults one , luckily was behind the toilet but the other one was in clear sight,sadly . Had to hide it by covering it with a photo. Apart from that, delivery was good.”
