“Product is great however I used your calculator to see how many panels I would need and it has actually calculated twice the amount that I needed and that included some wastage due to incorrect measurements. I suggest that you say that your calculator is not accurate. In hindsight I should have measured per panel and not used the calculator. Shame you don’t take back panels that are still in the box”

We have checked this from our end, and this does appear to be working as expected so we are not sure what has happened on this occasion. “Excellent service, delivery was prompt, product excellent, upvc ceiling boards fitted in bathroom & kitchen look amazing. Now want bedrooms done in same product. We damaged 1 board 1 telephone call f another was winging its way to us. Would definitely recommend this product & company”

“Beautiful panels, completely transformed my bathroom, best price on Internet, any complaints I had, which was only one,and that was down to the carrier was dealt with by DBS and sorted quickly. Very happy, good strong washable panels, had no leaks anywhere, love them so easy to clean, and look amazing, I have a beautiful new bathroom Thank you. DBS.”

“Prompt delivery. Good product but most of the edges of the upvc cladding panels were slightly damaged, presumably in transit. As it happened it didn't matter as I was able to use them. Delivered in card board wrapping so impossible to see damage until opened and the driver was quickly away”

“Cheapest I could find online and delivery was pretty quick. One length of the cladding had about 1m of damage to the fragile edge but luckily I didn't need it.”
