About Crazy Color:

Crazy Color® was launched in 1977 in the midst of the punk rock explosion in Britain. In a time that anarchy and free expression ruled supreme, one hairstylist was growing tired of the same natural color palette. Renato Brunas was at the height of his hairdressing career and was set to push the boundaries of color even further when he developed a new range of rainbow shades. Thus Crazy Color® was born and over 40 years later our ethos is the same, we want you to express yourself unapologetically. In every iconic pink bottle is a color that is ready to turn heads. “You have sent me this review request a week after I ordered but I am still waiting to receive my order. It did not arrive on time in the 2-3 working day time scale given for my salon appointment meaning I had to spend money on a cab to go buy more of this product from a different retailer in time for my appointment.”

“I do really love the products and have used them for a while i love how bright they are after application )only wish the vividness lasted longer) but on my last order took a week to be processed and only after prompting via email that i got no response and im still waiting on delivery too I appreciate we are all human and we make mistakes but a apology for the mistake wouldn't of gone amiss and some info back in my order before i was forced to go to the high street and sorce the brand in superdrug where it was £1 cheeper than online so perhaps thats the way forward for my future purchases”

Hi, thank you for the review; we really appreciate it. Our hair color with the correct aftercare should last up to 8-12 washes. Some of our recommended aftercare tips are to not wash your hair for 48hrs after dying. Use a good shampoo and conditioner when you do that's kind to color. We are sorry for the customer service you have received and the delay in the delivery of your order. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delay and that you had to buy an alternative due to this.

“Very quick delivery. I mixed ice mauve with lavender and got amazing colour in my hair. Unfortunately my hair doesn't stick to colour well and although I can see a difference after first wash it's not as dramatic as with other brands I used before.”

However, are sorry to hear that the color did not stick to your hair as well as you hoped. There is a number of factors that may have caused the color not to stick to your hair such as the condition, porosity, and existing color. Lavander and Ice Mauve are two of our lighter shades, so it may be worth trying a slighter brighter pink, or purple shade next time. If you would like some help with the application in the future then please feel free to contact our customer service team.

We recommend lightening hair to a level 9 or 10 (blonde) before applying to achieve the best result. This shade does have blue undertones and if any other tones or color remains in the hair when applying, it may impact the result.
