I do really love the products and have used them for a while i love how bright they are after application )only wish the vividness lasted longer) but on my last order took a week to be processed and only after prompting via email that i got no response and im still waiting on delivery too I appreciate we are all human and we make mistakes but a apology for the mistake wouldn't of gone amiss and some info back in my order before i was forced to go to the high street and sorce the brand in superdrug where it was £1 cheeper than online so perhaps thats the way forward for my future purchases
