“Ordered well before Christmas and when it didn’t arrive in time, I just thought oh well must be because of the post office being busy. But then it didn’t arrive after new year either. I got in touch a couple of times and never heard anything back. Then out of the blue, several weeks too late, I got a refund without any explanation or response at all. One star because I actually got my money back but massively disappointed with how this was dealt with.”

“This is actually much smaller than it looks in the pictures and felt very overpriced by the time it arrived. Please put the size in the product description to avoid other disappointed customers.”
