“Hi - Sadly I would love to write a good review but rather difficult - my first order with a chap called Trevor (does the web page I believe) wonderful ! so patient and understnding - full of empathy - order went through well - there were problems with my billing address initially - but he kindly corrected it manually. The second order only a couple of days later - same problem with my billing address - rather upset I'm afraid - Trevor was away that day unfortunately!!! Seemed it couldn't be 'fixed' sady I had to leave the order in 'midstream' very upset to say the least - thankyou Trevor anyway - Maggie (Davies).”

“Ordered well before Christmas and when it didn’t arrive in time, I just thought oh well must be because of the post office being busy. But then it didn’t arrive after new year either. I got in touch a couple of times and never heard anything back. Then out of the blue, several weeks too late, I got a refund without any explanation or response at all. One star because I actually got my money back but massively disappointed with how this was dealt with.”
