“Easy process to order with prompt delivery. Unfortunately the order was broken on delivery and had to be redelivered 3 times before receiving an undamaged dish. Customer services were very helpful and sent replacements with apologies each time. 4th attempt at delivery using more secure packaging worked.”

“I ordered a lightbulb for a 'touch lamp' which came quickly. Unfortunately it would seem that the fault is with my lamp, which blew the original bulb. I'm sorry that I can't review the product.”

“I ordered a Splosh world map, when it arrived there was damage to the frame, a complete break. I contacted Collectables and they phoned me the next working day and were very apologetic and polite and immediately sent me a replacement. Thank you for the great customer service, would highly recommend :)”
