“Firstly after a mix up in the warehouse, they sent me the wrong item I ordered, so I rang collectables and they knew exactly what had happened. They apologised profusely and re sent the right order by express delivery which arrived a day later. And the original items they sent they told me I could keep them for the misunderstanding. Which was lovely hand and body cream. Would definitely use them again, first class service.”

“I emailed about a burner I had purchased... A cello skull burner as I was concerned I wouldn't find a replacement bulb when this one was to blow, I was directed to here... collectables...where I purchased the bulb. It arrived a couple of days later...very well packaged. And is a perfect fit! I will be purchasing some more...I don't want to be without my lovely burner. Thank you”

“I was very happy with the bear itself but was extremely disappointed and how it was packaged. I thought for the price I paid that it would have came in a nice presentation box but instead it came in a carry bag just put in cardboard box which was damaged. This is the second time I’ve purchased and the same thing happened first time also!”

“Easy process to order with prompt delivery. Unfortunately the order was broken on delivery and had to be redelivered 3 times before receiving an undamaged dish. Customer services were very helpful and sent replacements with apologies each time. 4th attempt at delivery using more secure packaging worked.”
