“I purchased two salt lamps which were very good value and I found the service from this company to be excellent. “Proust before Christmas, no fault of their own Royal Mail lost the parcel, I emailed them after Christmas, got a reply pretty much straight away and a replacement was sent out same day and got to me two days later, the item it’s self is lovely and was the prefect gift, will definitely be ordering again 10/10.”

“Very poor service and product. Received wrong product (what I received looked like a cheap knock off of the original photo online) so sent back for a refund, but only received a refund for the cost of the product and no refund for postage or return postage, even though I was asked for proof of return postage. Very poor and very disappointing. Would not recommend.”
