“Wrong size item delivered, I rang the office who apologised and sent the correct item the next day. I enquired about returning the wrong item and was told I could keep it as a gesture of goodwill. I will give it to a childrens charity. Excellent service.”

“I ordered a diffuser which unfortunately came cracked. I emailed their customer service team and they got back to me immediately and sent out a replacement one free of charge! Very fast, professional and compassionate. 100% recommend and will be using again in the future.”

“Our bear arrived promptly in the time frame we expected - the box the bear was in had become totally crushed, but the bear inside was luckily grand. Could be worth sticking a fragile sticker on so the postal service is more careful!”
