Found this item at Jonzara for £39 after I received my order, collectables would not price match. Also complained about the packaging, arrived in a tatty cello carrier bag, not in display box.

Bought the same one for Christmas really happy with it till it went pop a couple of days ago found the bulb 💡 had blowen, put new one in not working, checked bulb found to be working, plug is sealed unit unable to check fuse, ordered another the same working hope this one lasts a little bit longer?

Hi - Sadly I would love to write a good review but rather difficult - my first order with a chap called Trevor (does the web page I believe) wonderful ! so patient and understnding - full of empathy - order went through well - there were problems with my billing address initially - but he kindly corrected it manually. The second order only a couple of days later - same problem with my billing address - rather upset I'm afraid - Trevor was away that day unfortunately!!! Seemed it couldn't be 'fixed' sady I had to leave the order in 'midstream' very upset to say the least - thankyou Trevor anyway - Maggie (Davies).

This is actually much smaller than it looks in the pictures and felt very overpriced by the time it arrived. Please put the size in the product description to avoid other disappointed customers.

The item is as picture and looks lovely when lit. It was not a simple process to get it as FedEx is used and does not give any delivery notifications of attempts to deliver or alternative places to leave parcel or wouldn't allow collection either so made for a frustrating time. Contact from collectables was quite prompt but also did not resolve issue. We paid delivery but ended up having to go and get the parcel from FedEx (after explaining dissatisfaction)ourselves as they were going to return parcel!

Hi happy with the picture but informed the company that the picture was warped so had to adjust so it was flushed with the other side of the picture on the wall got no response from the company wen I sent my email in
