“I can only give 3 stars as they originally shipped the wrong item and it's taken nearly 2 weeks to correct the mistake. However, they were responsive and it got sorted eventually.”

“I purchased 4 small candles through the post Once they arrived, I opened them up to see one was broken. I wrote to colle tables via email and they didn't even reply. So, no refund or apology or anything. I'd totally avoid buying on line from here again.”

“Little apprehensive at first, because when I got my order one of the products had leaked, damaging the other products in the order and the box itself, which was a massive shame! But I got into contact with support and they were able to quickly send out a replacement which got to me safely and protected. Great experience in the end.”

“Disappointed with collectables ordered 2 edison bulbs for my cello edison wax burner which I bought from collectables. Both of these bulbs do not fit the burner. Emailed them and they replied saying that they are the right ones and they don't sell any others.”
