Ordered well before Christmas and when it didn’t arrive in time, I just thought oh well must be because of the post office being busy. But then it didn’t arrive after new year either. I got in touch a couple of times and never heard anything back. Then out of the blue, several weeks too late, I got a refund without any explanation or response at all. One star because I actually got my money back but massively disappointed with how this was dealt with.

Very poor service and product. Received wrong product (what I received looked like a cheap knock off of the original photo online) so sent back for a refund, but only received a refund for the cost of the product and no refund for postage or return postage, even though I was asked for proof of return postage. Very poor and very disappointing. Would not recommend.

I purchased 4 small candles through the post Once they arrived, I opened them up to see one was broken. I wrote to colle tables via email and they didn't even reply. So, no refund or apology or anything. I'd totally avoid buying on line from here again.

Disappointed with collectables ordered 2 edison bulbs for my cello edison wax burner which I bought from collectables. Both of these bulbs do not fit the burner. Emailed them and they replied saying that they are the right ones and they don't sell any others.

The product arrived damaged - both the frame and the board. I have emailed customer services and tried to contact via the chat service but no response at all. Very disappointing.

Collectables customer service is very good. However, the items purchased were very poor quality. The signing pens were dried out and the plaques themselves were flimsy and did not sit properly on the base. I purchased similar (and cheaper) from Clinton's some time ago and the difference in quality was non-comparable! I would not purchase these signing plaques again. D Lewis

Ordered 2 burners got free shipping received 1 broken got a refund for the broken one even though I asked for replacement was made to pay for shipping through no fault of my own will not be using this website again

I ordered an Ornament from this store and have still not received it. I had a note saying it was in the garden but we don’t have a garden at the front, so where is it. I have sent numerous emails and left a Voice message. Not heard a thing……. Totally disgusted with this company. Very rude and ignorant let alone incompetent. Avoid at all costs.
