“As a regular customer with Clarkes Golf, this means that my comments are self evident. The service I receive has always been excellent, on this occassions I was price matching a putter that I wanted to purchase another onlline retailer had a special offer running, I forwarded details onto Clarkes via the price match link on the website. Within 30 m inutes I had received a reply confirming that they woiuld match the other retailers price, I was also able to take advantage of my loyalty scheme points affording me a fantastic price for the putter in question. The loyalty points scheme is a great addition to their service and has saved me considerable costs on my purchases, keep up the excellent service from a very happy customer.”

“I spoke to a young fella in your warehouse regarding the delivery of my watch. He kept me on the line while he checked where it was, instead of putting me on hold, or transfer me to someone in accounts. He came back and told me it was due for delivery Monday. I can't remember when it was due, but what i do remember is getting delivery a day early on a weekend”
