“I purchased two boxes of personalised Titleist Pro V1's. I don't recall there being any information stating that the personalisation would take upto 15 days and because these were birthday presents time was tight. Fortunately the arrived one day beforehand. However both of the external Titlelist boxes were damaged and I had to repair the corners with sellotape in order for the box lids to stay in position. Since then Clarkes Golf have been in touch and dealt with this issue very efficiently and effectively and are liaising with the courier to ensure this doesn't happen again.”
