“Bought new golf shoes a few months ago but unfortunately the outer skin developed a small bubble and then split. As they were no longer waterproof I contacted Clarkes and returned the shoes. I always judge online businesses/companies by their after sales service and Clarkes service was very impressive . Within a few days a new pair of shoes arrived no questions asked. Excellent”

“Initially my first order was a bad experience. After waiting 4 days for my delivery I contacted Clarkes Golf, who were extremely apologetic and honest with regards to why I had not received my order. My order was then with me the next day and a gesture of good will was applied to my account in the form of a gift voucher!! That's how you turn a negative into a positive and will most certainly keep me as a customer!”

“Went to order stealth 2 driver and stealth 2 fairway 3 wood advertised with a free cap Went to checkout and was charged £14.95 for the cap so decided not to bother on principle so will spend my £500+ elsewhere I did get an email offering the cap for free but that’s not the point why try it on for an extra £14.95 never mind”

“What a great experience I had with Clarke's golf,the original product I ordered was unavailable, Sue(the legend) left no stone unturned to find me a suitable alternative, or should I say upgrade at there expense, absolutely fantastic, would recommend to anyone, absolutely thrilled with my experience, thanks to everyone at Clarke's golf 5*”

“My putter arrived with a sale price sticker on it priced less than the order price , which was itself the lowest I could find on- line. When I phoned , the phone was answered immediately and a full refund offered without me even having to ask, let alone argue about it. Very impressive and very fair.”

“I am amazed at the service I have had with Clarkes golf, compared to one of their larger competitors. I have upgraded my driver and initially purchased one online via AG. Who told me the website was incorrect and they had cancelled my order as it was out of stock. No other alternative other than just keep checking the website. I then purchased the same driver via Clarkes Golf, sadly they too contacted me to say it was out of stock. But this is where I am amazed at the service they have provided for me. Rather than just telling me to keep checking the website, they offered a solution. They offered me the next level driver above, with the same specification at no extra cost. This blew me away as this type of service I never get. The driver arrived next day delivery at no extra cost, which again I think is amazing. On opening up my driver, I noticed that there was not a tool for adjusting the loft. I contacted Clarkes golf who explained that taylormade no longer send them with the tool, however they would see if they have one and would send one out for me. Again at no extra cost, and this arrived at 9.10am the following morning! I will certainly be using Clarkes golf going forward, and will suggest my friends and work colleagues who I play golf with do also! Cheaper price, and by a country mile better service 👍”

“Excellent service from Clarkes. Purchase dispatched quickly and easily. Sadly shoes were wrong size and last pair left in sale but return process super easy, great comms from them confirming none in my size and a quick refund. Will be using them again”

“Delighted ! Great service and next day delivery. I ordered new Callaway irons and when it said next day delivery I didn’t believe it as other sites were a 6 week dispatch time. I have never used Clarke’s Golf before but will definitely be a customer in the future, thanks again”
