Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your parcel arrived with damaged packaging, although we're pleased to hear that the club itself was thankfully undamaged. We've looked into the delivery timeline and can see that the order was placed on a Thursday after our 3pm cut-off time for same-day dispatch. As a result, the order was dispatched on Friday using our next working day delivery service, with delivery due on Monday. DPD did attempt delivery on Monday but unfortunately missed you. The parcel was subsequently delivered three days after the order was placed. We're sorry that the parcel arrived with damaged packaging and will raise this with DPD, as parcels should arrive in an acceptable condition. Thank you for your feedback, and we're pleased that your club arrived safely.

“Couldn’t fault the whole process. Young lad working in the store ( didn’t catch his name ) couldn’t do enough for me and was very patient even though I took forever to make a decision I won’t be shopping anywhere else”
