Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and we're very sorry that your original order did not arrive. Having investigated this, it appeared that your parcel had not progressed through the courier network after collection from our warehouse. As soon as we received your review, we looked into this right away and identified the issue, and arranged for a replacement to be sent, which we can see has now been successfully delivered. “I don't want to leave a negative result and I hope you can help me please? After updating the software as instructed, the trolley will not work and I for some reason cannot remove the update to see whether the trolley will work again. There maybe a simple way to do it, but I don't know how. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you”
