“Got to be honest, felt railroaded into a purchase by the chap that was working. Low balled the trade in and kept telling me that I wouldn't get much more elsewhere. Ended up getting the wrong club, which I wanted to take back but was not able to do so as I was told I can have store credit and that's it. Pretty poor experience and given I've been shopping there for a few years it will be my last visit. Chap who sold me the club and low balled my trade in was the older guy with glasses.”

“Bought pair of footjoy golf shoes. Unfortunately they were too big. Had to return them. The returns procedure was very very straightforward. As doon as Clarkes received them back I received an acknowlegement and confirmation they would refund my account less return postage (£4) This was done within two days. If I had exchanged the goods for something else the return postage would not have applied. So I give Clarkes Golf TEN out of TEN.”
