“I bought a golf bag and a pair of shoes from Clarkes. In both cases the delivery was quick, with good advance notice, using a reliable delivery firm (DPD). The shoes turned out to be half a size too small. The exchange process turned out to be easy and efficient, and Clarkes covered the cost of returning the original (too small) shoes.”
