“Competitive price attracted me, but not used before so was a little apprehensive. Checked reviews, all were positive so I ordered a couple of boxes of balls. What a great move, Clarks immediately acknowledged my order and advised of delivery, within a couple of days. Even bigger tick in the box when they were delivered bank on time. The courier was top notch too as they advised and updated exact delivery time to my door, which also turned out to be exactly right also. Absolutely top company, would have zero hesitation in recommending and will definitely start using them for any future purchases.”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Apologies, I can see that we had a stock error on your order and tried to contact you to advise you of this. We are a live stock website and strive to keep the stock as accurate as possible but we do sometimes encounter a stock error. As a company we always try to resolve this by contacting the customer, and leaving them an email to give us a call if we cant get in touch. We always like to try and offer an alternative to the customer and upgrade where possible as an apology for the stock error but if this option isn't suitable for the customer, a refund is issued. “I add a query about availability on the chat line which was answered very quickly and then they sent me a link to order. Couldn't fault the service and when I visited the shop to collect Inwas very impressed about the layout and the organisation. Good experience ,thanks.”

“Had to return a pair of golf shoes due to a sizing mix up but the returns process was quick and hassle free. Got my replacement pair quite quickly and there was great communication during the process which was reassuring. Most importantly, I got a genuine bargain and am really pleased with my new shoes. Would use this retailer again for sure.”
