Sadly although I have no complaint about your product your delivery service badly let you down. Initial delivery date Friday 3rd May, 15.00 to 17.00, sent a message after 17.00 to say it would not be delivered. Next delivery time was Saturday 11.30 to 13.30 no message to say it would not be delivered just did not turn up. Delivery then happened on Sunday but with not notification. The whole point about timed delivery is to make sure that customers are home to take delivery, so having waited at home twice we were then lucky that we were in! You/we are paying for a service that we are not getting.

I went into the shop just before Xmas for a set of irons ask about fitting is it more expensive he said to look a good second-hand set which I was happy didn't have a set to suit but had a ex demo set I did explain than I didn't hit the ball very far and I had a very slow swing the set he showed me was a upgraded shaft which he said that would suit me as it was a lite and soft which was great until I was talking to my course pro which is a fitting centre he explained that the shaft is a good one but is one of the strongest shaft in reg you can get the salesman at clarks didn't even have a quick look at my swing when I tried a cub on the range he only wanted the sale not interested if the suited me or not.

I came into the shop for a set of iron the sale person did even see me swing i just explained I had a slow swing he sold me a set out of the back which didn't know at the time was ex demo which isn't a problem he tried to pressure me into purchasing them with out hitting them so he agreed to let me use a iron out of the fitting bay which had a standard grip which I like when I got them home they was midsize which wasn't a good start ive just learnt the the shaft are Reg shaft but the stiffest Reg you can get which isn't good for a slow swing he just wanted to get rid of a ex demo set and not worry about whether I could use them or not won't be going back and tell my friends not to go there. Not to happy.

Returned my jumper as it was too small for a refund Jumper originally cost £34.95, £37.95 with postage they only refunded me £30.00 I know it’s only £4.95 but it’s the principle. Won’t be using you again.

I ordered a golf voucher but got no indication of how it will be delivered or when. When I tried to track it the system would not work on my phone or computer. Not at all helpful.

We have checked your order and we can see you bought on the 4th on a standard 2 to 3 day delivery and you in fact received your order the next day. We actually exceeded the promised delivery date. You then sent the item back for an exchange on a FREE 48hour service. The item you required was not in stock so we asked if you required an alternative. Goods haven’t arrived. Fantastic Service!! It’s been over a week!! 2-3 day delivery promised and FAILED!! Will never use again! I only used you (to spend a £5 voucher) because a birthday gift I’d received still had a security tag on it!!

My situation is ongoing. I ordered golf shoes for my grandsons birthday and the delivery company are saying they tried to deliver but my cctv says different. They promised to deliver again last week and still haven't. This is getting embarrassing and I have not even been offered a replacement or refund I am being ignored and I want someone to do something and quickly. Thank you

I apologise if nobody got in touch prior to this to give you a lead time. Got a phone call 2 days after placing my order to tell me the top was no longer in stock but prior to that I had an email from dpd saying that they was expecting my item from Charles golf. The lady who called me was more than helpful but unfortunately I wanted that one shirt and their wasn’t anything close to it they could offer me.
