I ordered a short pile spurs golf mat, and the dispatch note said short pile but a long pile was sent, so I had to call up send it back and wait for another to be sent and missed a birthday great.

Shoes that got delivered were the wrong ones, but in the right box. Marked across the laces. This was a present for my son for his Christmas & can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending them back. What is the outcome of this?

I have taken a look at your order and prior to this review this is the first time we have heard that the incorrect size was sent to you. Since then we have tried calling and emailing you as we would like to send you the correct pair and also give you a gift card by way of an apology. I have also looked into your order and it seems like these shoes were sent incorrectly by the supplier. This of course no excuse and we apologise for the error and inconvenience caused. Very dissapointed as I order over a week ago and 6days later was informed that the product was not avalaible and I have still not had any form of refund

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We work extremely hard to give our customers the best possible service. After looking into your order I can see you purchased on the 16th September, on a 48 hour tracked service. We called on the 16th and there was no reply so we emailed you on 17th asking you to call us. I can see you got back to us on the 24th when we advised you the top that you ordered was out of stock. We do run a livestock website and we work really hard to keep this accurate unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to locate the item. We do apologise for that and we did offer you a more expensive top for the same price. We then refunded you immediately and sent you a gift card by way of an apology. Thank you for your review. We understand that Scottish banknotes are legal currency within the UK. However, our current policy is to only accept Bank of England-issued notes due to verification and security procedures in place at our location. This is not a reflection on Scottish currency itself, but rather a business decision to ensure consistency and minimize risk. Advertise that you have stock on your website and place orders and then it transpires you don’t have to so ideally not a great start

Very unimpressed by Clarkes Golf. After I placed my order and paid, there was a confirmation and that was it. Nothing. Attempts to communicate failed. I feel have been conned. And I guess I lost 145 euro's. Expensive lesson. Do not buy at this website.

Unfortunately your parcel did not receive a scan by the courier and has since been lost in transit. We were unaware of this, and only knew once you wrote the review. I hade in a discount code And the lad who served me put it in and it worked Then one of his co workers questioned it and made out I was making it up made me feel like a criminal and I go there all the time I understand if it needs checking but there is a way he could of done it I won’t be going back

I tried to do my order on a payment plan and it kept refuses it then it changed and went straight through to one payment and you's took it without me stopping it which I was not happy with I won't be using you again.

I am still waiting for my shoes to be delivered, I don’t know where they are as EVRI app says they delivered to their locker and I have an email from Clarke golf saying they have he shoes.

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf we read every email always trying to ensure we give the best possible customer service. We have had a look at your order and can see from the email trail EVRI tried to deliver multiple times. You asked for the parcel to be left in a safe place. We as a business do not allow this as the parcel is not insured and can go missing. We also offered a Saturday/Sunday delivery. The parcel was returned back to us as EVRI were unable to deliver. You then advised us to keep hold of the parcel until you were back from holiday. This we have done. We then received an email yesterday at 23.26 asking for the parcel to be sent as you are now back from holiday. After reviewing the situation we feel like we kept you informed all the way and and we have given you exceptional service. Regards Clarkes' Golf
