“I purchased a putter and used the custom options menu. The putter arrived built incorrectly, I have essentially been made to look stupid about what I had and hadn’t picked in terms of loft. Clarkes’ are blaming the manufacture.”

Hi Phil, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your experience. We appreciate how frustrating this situation has been, and we're certainly not trying to place blame. As we've explained in our recent correspondence, we're currently working directly with Titleist to verify the original build specifications, as there appears to be conflicting information regarding the standard loft for this particular model. We've already escalated this with their technical team, who are liaising with their US manufacturing team to confirm exactly how the putter was built. As soon as we receive their confirmation, we'll be in touch to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience while we investigate this further.
