Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed that your free gift wasn't included with your order. Having looked into your order, we can see that the free gift wasn't added to your basket during checkout. Although the promotion was available, the free gift does need to be selected and added to the order before it can be dispatched. We weren't aware there was an issue, as we hadn't received any contact from you prior to your review. Had you got in touch, we would have been more than happy to look into it for you. As a gesture of goodwill, we've now sent the promotional hat out to you. For any future promotions, please remember to add the free gift to your basket before completing your order. We hope this resolves the matter, and thank you for your feedback.

“The young man at Clarkes Golf Shop, Formby, helped me to purchase a putter that suited me. He also informed me about all the deals Clarkes have on and he opened an account for me. Yesterday I purchased some golf clothing online which is being delivered today. I will definitely be using the online shop again. Excellent service.”
