Service for purchasing a club was a breeze and delivery was quick and product was great. I just find it hella frustrating to have received so many marketing emails since my order. It's basically an email a day or every other, this is too much. Yes, I know I can opt out, but this kind of marketing spam seriously detracts me from repeat business.

Slightly disappointed in the service given. I ordered a pair of shoes and got a call the day after the order saying they had a stock issue i would have to wait a few days more. I ended up waiting 10 days to receive them and only did after emailing them. I wasn’t given any information after the call.

You purchased on Friday 16th May and you received your order the following Thursday. I can see your order was delayed a day by the courier. We apologise for the delay and the frustration it caused. Your rep Andy was very good I was frittered for new clubs have recieved my irons and five and hybrid club I am still waiting for my driver have been waiting for three week witch I think is far to long so I will be pleased if you can sort this out asap as I am playing this week

I recently purchased a Callaway top from Clarkes. As I have purchased from them plenty of times before, I asked if there was any chance of a discount, and was told unfortunately Not. On returning home I found same item of clothing on several different websites all offering the same product for less. I contacted shop, only to be told I should have compared price before purchasing. Another once happy customer lost through lack of foresight.

Bought some custom fit clubs on 23-3-25 phoned back after 1 week they told me they will not receive them back until 8-4-25 seems a long time? Customer support is very good

Good afternoon Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always striving to give the best customer service possible. I can confirm depending on what brand you choose depends on the custom build lead time. TaylorMade at the moment is a 7-10 working day lead time. Which just falls on the 8th April. We can confirm clubs can come in earlier and if they do we check them and send them out to you on a next day delivery. I hope this helps Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf

Very good value cart bag, Disappointed with delay very options which only gave ‘leave with a neighbour’ if I was out. I did not want it leaving with a neighbour under any circumstances so will not be buying from you again.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delivery company, Please do not let this deter you from ordering with Clarkes again as we use a number of couriers that we can swap to for you. We have looked into your order and we can see you ordered this on Saturday 21st December at 8.20pm. The parcel was picked and packed on Monday 23rd and sent out on a next day delivery with DPD. Unfortunately it seems that your parcel was delayed and your shipment arrived on 27th due to Christmas holidays. They are the best golf shop in the country normally but had a bad experience today so now putting brand new p7 mc 4-pw on eBay I work away and don’t have a printer for the return label so will sell them on instead. I will still use Clarkes golf like I said they are the best out there thanks

Product ok as was Powerkaddy but disappointed when getting to checkout to find delivery made it more expensive that other sites, after advertising it cheaper! So will probably look elsewhere in the future.
