“The thermal golf trousers were delivered promptly preceded by several messages advising me they were on their way and expected date of delivery. Unfortunately, despite ordering my normal size, the trousers were too big around the waist so I am returning them.”

“Purchased a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas on line, arrived in the time scale, perfect item grandson loved it. I was struggling to find his size via all the usual sports shops and was surprised to find it within the golf store online. I would recommend this company for service and authenticity.”

Morning Thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Clarkes' Golf. We read every email. Always looking for ways to improve our customer service. After looking at your order we can see you ordered personalised balls on 4th December. These were being personalised with Titleist which we said on the website it was a 10 to 14 working day turn around. These were dispatched to you within the time frame and I can see you picked them up from the drop off shop on 23rd December ready for Christmas. With regards to the damaged box this is the first time hearing this. We are very sorry as we always use extra packaging to ensure there is no damage.
