“Ordered a polo shirt online, was contacted the following day to say item couldn't be located in stock room, no suitable alternatives so ended up with a refund. Initial refund did not include the P&P so had to contact them about this. So overall not the best experience unfortunately.”

As a live stock website, we strive to keep our inventory as accurate as possible. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, a stock discrepancy can occur. As soon as we identified the issue with your order, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered either a suitable alternative or a full refund, depending on your preference. On this occasion, you chose to receive a refund. We also apologise that the postage wasn't included in the initial refund. This was simply a human error when processing the refund, and as soon as you brought it to our attention, we corrected it immediately. We understand this wasn't the experience you were expecting, and we appreciate your feedback. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and are available to contact by phone or email if you ever need to contact us regarding an order or query. “Very dissapointed. The top was too small and yet Clarkes charge £5 for the privilidge of a refund even though the top was unworn and returned in all original packaging! Will not use again.”

The £4 deduction isn't a charge for returning the item itself, it's the cost of using our prepaid returns service, which is clearly outlined in our returns policy before purchase and throughout the returns process. For customers who need a different size or alternative product, we offer free exchanges, and customers are also welcome to use their own chosen postal service if they prefer. The £4 deduction only applies when using our prepaid returns label for a refund. We always aim to be transparent about our policies and appreciate your feedback. “I used the website to order a custom wedge. It was very easy to use and place my order. Even though it was a custom order it didn’t not took just over a week to process via Mizuno. I would use Clarke again and would recommend them to other customers.”
