About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

Few days delay this order
Cigars arrived in good time, cigars always seem a little stale when ordered online but a week in a humidor helps.
You gave me 1 packet of round Villager in the overall order of pressed villager cigars
Ordered on 8th Feb, not yet received (19th Feb) so can’t comment on the product. I’ve ticked the middle box with regards to service as it may be a postal problem in these strange times we find ourselves in. I’m not certain what “on time” means as no timescale was given.
Cigars delivered late, but arrived just in time the day before Xmas. Customer service wasn't brilliant, as they didn't get back to me with a tracking number when I called to ask for it. All in all tho, things worked out ok. Paid £10 for next day tracked delivery. The company should email client their tracking number soon as they send, so they can see where their package is. This would make the customer feel more secure in their purchases, as they would know where their package is at all times. My Dad was chuffed to bits wi his cigars tho, and I will use the Cigar Club again! Thanks Cigar Club.
Haven’t tried the cigar yet but seems good quality, however I’m disappointed that of the 2 cigars purchased only 1 came in a tube, the other came in a piece of cardboard similar to a McDonald’s apple pie. Not ideal for transporting
Due to norwegian law, not possib.to order any tobacco, sigars etc.from abroad!

I must say I was disappointed with the lack of correspondence regarding my order, if I had an email explaining what was going on with my order it would have been more acceptable and I would have understood fully what was going on with my order
Cigars are fine. But delivery came in 3 parts over a period of 10 -14 days or so. Had to send a couple of reminders. Was not expecting that. It would be helpful if this was made clear at the time of order.
Actually the order was incorrect but probably in my favour so not unhappy. I did email to that effect.
Paid for next day delivery but came a day later (forgivable as during lock down, however emailed them & had no reply). Cigar packet seal was broken. Cigars were very dry. Bought Montecristo No2 pack of 3.

The Romeo Y Julieta No 3 box of 10 received last week are quite dry. Therefore disappointing!
Long delivery date but can't complain as covit19 dictates deliveries..
