About The Cigar Club:

Hi, my name is Paul and I’ve been in the cigar trade now for over 25 years (where does the time go?).

The Cigar Club was originally started by my father in the late 1960s, so fine tobacco doesn’t quite run in the family veins but very nearly.

We’ve been sending out cigars around the world since those days of distant memory i.e. before the dawn of the computer age. However, I know that our website offers a unique and pleasurable shopping experience.

I’ve always tried to keep the personal feel to all our transactions and like to think that the personal touch gives the The Cigar Club a unique place in the Cigar World.

“Packet was rather crushed when it arrived, though cigars were undamaged. Partner said they "didn't have a strong taste". Sorry, cannot recall how it was delivered.”

“Your carrrier did not attract my attention and dropped off the package at his local DFD pickup shop. I am now housebound, so this makes it difficult to obtain. Please ensure DFD attract my attention. My front door has a working bell on it, which I can always hear.”

“The website is easy to navigate and the delivery cost is reasonable and very fast. My reason for the 3 stars is the first order I placed and received the wrong item. I contacted Paul and was told the item was unavailable but another similar product was sent instead. This could have been easily sorted out with the option to accept the alternative or get a refund before the item was sent, none of this happened. Not very good communication, unfortunately.”

“Cigars were fine but need to be clearer with fast track delivery. Paid extra Friday pm and delivery came Tuesday. I missed the cut off point for next day delivery but without reading full terms and conditions this wasn’t apparent. Know for next time good prices”
